This hotel is located in a very nice area, with easy access to public transport. It's just a few steps away from a metro line, which makes getting around the city very easy. there are many restaurants and shops nearby, and the hotel provides excellent room service. the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-stocked minibars and lovely views of the city.
The restaurant is quite expensive and there is only one option within the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the subway station and within close proximity to various restaurants. It was incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions like Xintiandi and Yu Garden using the nearby subway line. The hotel also offered car hire services, making it even more convenient for me to get around.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It offers a great location, superb service, and comfortable rooms.

We had a great stay with easy access to the subway and proximity to Hongqiao airport and railway station. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff fluent in English. We enjoyed the breakfast and the amazing selection of restaurants at the nearby Takashimaya mall.

Great location close to public transportation and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms with heated toilet seat.
Some staff members were not very friendly or helpful. Limited variety for breakfast and no international TV channels.

The hotel's location was convenient for business travelers, with easy access to the airport and nearby medical center. the comfortable beds and nearby dining options were a plus. However, the lack of air conditioning and promised shuttle service made our stay less enjoyable.
No air conditioning in the room, which made it very humid and uncomfortable. The shuttle that was advertised on the hotel's website was not operating.
